Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you receive an item significantly different from its description or damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 days at abcsimplellc@gmail.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are issued for items that arrive significantly different from their description or damaged in shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Products

Are items new or used?
We sell both new and pre-owned items. Each listing clearly states the condition — from "New with tags" to "Pre-owned." All items are inspected before shipping.

Can I see more photos?
Contact us and we'll be happy to provide additional photos of any item.
