Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or significantly different from its description.

How do I get a refund?
Contact us at support@safepurchase.us with your order number to start a return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Products

Are items new or used?
We sell both new and pre-owned items. Each listing clearly states the condition — from "New with tags" to "Pre-owned." All items are inspected before shipping.

Can I see more photos?
Contact us and we'll be happy to provide additional photos of any item.
