Refund policy

All sales are final. We thoroughly inspect and photograph each item before shipping. If you receive an item significantly different from its description or damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 days at abcsimplellc@gmail.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misrepresented. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
