Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or significantly different from its description.

We thoroughly inspect and photograph each item before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us within 14 days at support@safepurchase.us with photos and we will make it right.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage beyond the condition in which they were shipped are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
